When do you start shipping my order?

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours upon payment confirmation.

 

 

 

I’ve received all my orders but why are they packed differently?

When you purchase different products in a single order, they are shipped from different warehouse depending on stock availability and proximity to you. Sometimes, in the event of product in high demand, you may receive your products at different timings in different packages. We did this so that we can deliver your purchases soonest to you.

 

 

 

How long do I have to wait to receive my package?

Free shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks delivery depending on where you are situated in.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I did not receive my purchases, what should I do?

Fret not, we will honor your purchases and, in the event, that you did not receive your purchased items, please reach out to us via this contact form or email us directly at customer@madelkoh.com . Please indicate Lost Purchase as the contact reason or email subject, provide us with your Order Number and Email Address. We will investigate this and you will receive a full refund if your purchases indeed did not reach you.

It takes less than 40 days for your purchase to reach you thus if you have not received your purchases after 40 days, please reach out to us via our contact form, indicate Lost Purchase and provide us with your Order Number and email address. We will handle your request with priority.

 

Is there custom fees and taxes charged for my purchases?

Product price listed on our online shop is tax-free in USD (United States Dollars) which means there may be duties and import taxes imposed on your purchases. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives its destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Exchange & Refund

What can I do if I find a defect in my purchased products?

MadelKoh Shop offers an exchange/full refund if there is any defect with your purchase. It’s our priority that you are satisfied with your purchases and we shall attend to every such case with priority. You may refer to our Exchange/Refund Policy for more details. You may report defects/request refunds via our Exchange/Refund Request Form. Please attach JPEG images of the defects, attachments must be lesser than 2MB to facilitate the investigation process.

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel/change my order after completing the checkout process?

Well, it depends. Any change of order or cancellations must be made within 24-hrs after your order is made. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed/canceled. For order cancellation, please fill in our contact form. Please choose Order Cancellation as the reason for contacting us.

 

 

 

 

For refund requests, how long does a return product take to reach you.

Typically, it takes up to 4 weeks for a returned product to reach us. Once it reaches us, we will inspect it and update you, via your email address, that your return products are received and whether your refund request is approved.  If it is approved, we will credit your refund back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).

 

 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Typically, it will take about 5 – 20 Business Days for you to receive your refund. For credit card purchases, your refund will reflect in your next month’s credit card statement.

What happen if I forget to apply my discount coupon code?

Once you have completed the checkout process, you cannot apply the discount code anymore. You may request for order cancellation within 24 hours after purchase via our contact form, choose order cancellation as the reason for contacting us and state that you’ve forgotten to apply the discount code. You may repurchase the items with the discount coupon code applied once we have successfully canceled your order.

 

 

 

 

What should I do if I’ve entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us via our contact form, within 24 hours after placing your order, choosing Wrong Order Details Entered as the reason for contacting us and specify the correct address to ship to. While this is based on best-effort, do take note that we guarantee that your request can be processed. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.

If your order was dispatched to the incorrect address as entered, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order here. Please refer to the order confirmation email we’ve sent you which has your order number.
